As each print is made to order for you we cannot provide refunds.
In case of receiving a damaged print, however, we will provide a replacement. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged print, please email us at info@roamandthrive.com within 72 hours of receiving the print with photos of the damage. Once confirmed, a replacement will be shipped to you.
If you decide to change your mind about the print design and you’d like to exchange it for another print of equal value, we ask that you cover printing and shipping costs.
