Paper & Packaging

All our photographs are printed on our handpicked, exceptional textured paper. They all have a matte finish. All prints come unframed and without a border- full print. All prints are made to order by our carbon-neutral printer.

↠ You will receive your print in packaging that is recyclable, sustainable and with minimal plastic. All prints come in robust, well-protected cardboard envelopes or tubes. All packaging is sustainably sourced and recyclable.

Shipping, Delivery Times & Customs

↠ FREE SHIPPING worldwide. Orders take between 1-3 business days to print and ship. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery time varies depending on your country. In general, delivery takes between 5-10 days for the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia. For more details on exact shipping times please email as at info@roamandthrive.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be no additional customs charges or duty taxes required by the customs office of your home country. Taxes and duties vary from country to country and therefore are to be handled and paid for by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

As each print is made to order for you we cannot provide refunds.

In case of receiving a damaged print, however, we will provide a replacement. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged print, please email us at info@roamandthrive.com within 72 hours of receiving the print with photos of the damage. Once confirmed, a replacement will be shipped to you.

If you decide to change your mind about the print design and you’d like to exchange it for another print of equal value, we ask that you cover printing and shipping costs.

Sustainability

As you know, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our impact on the environment. Due to this, we have meticulously chosen a printer that reflects our high environmental standards.

We provide 100% end-to-end carbon-neutral printing and shipping. Our printer is committed to carbon emission offsetting and the paper used for our prints comes from sustainable forest management areas that are certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council.
